Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 9bed ("9bed", "we", "us", "the Platform") regarding your access to and use of the website located at 9bed.club, including all associated products, services, features, content, and functionality offered through the Platform.

By accessing the 9bed website, completing the account registration process, or placing any bet or wager on the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the 9bed Platform and close your account.

These Terms are supplemented by any additional policies published on 9bed.club, including the Privacy Policy, the Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific rules or promotional terms published from time to time. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and any supplementary policy, these Terms shall prevail unless the supplementary policy expressly states otherwise.

9bed reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time without prior notice. The most current version will always be published at 9bed.club/terms-conditions with the "Last Updated" date revised accordingly. Your continued use of the Platform after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

Eligibility & Age Restriction

To register and maintain an account on 9bed, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. 9bed is strictly an 18+ platform. Individuals under the age of 18 are absolutely prohibited from registering, accessing, or using any feature of the 9bed Platform.
• You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf. Corporate entities, automated agents, bots, and third-party proxy users are not permitted to hold player accounts.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction of residence.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is expressly prohibited by local law and where accessing such platforms constitutes a criminal offence. It is your sole responsibility to verify whether online gambling is lawful in your location before using the Platform.
• You must not currently be subject to a self-exclusion order issued by 9bed or any affiliated gaming platform.

By registering an account, you warrant and represent to 9bed that you meet all eligibility criteria stated above. 9bed may require you to provide documentary proof of age, identity, and address at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in suspension or permanent closure of your account.

Players located in Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, Khulna, Rajshahi, Barisal, Rangpur, Mymensingh, Cox's Bazar, and all other regions of Bangladesh are welcome to use 9bed subject to satisfaction of the above eligibility criteria and compliance with these Terms in full.

Account Registration

To access betting, casino, slots, and all other paid features of 9bed, you are required to register a player account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and mobile number.

You are strictly limited to one account per person. Opening a second account — whether under the same name, a variation of your name, a family member's credentials, or any other identity — is a material breach of these Terms. 9bed employs technical and manual measures to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all associated accounts will be permanently closed and all balances, bonuses, and pending withdrawals will be forfeited without recourse.

• All registration information must be truthful and accurate. Providing false information constitutes fraud.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. Do not share your login details with any third party.
• Any activity conducted through your account — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility. Notify 9bed immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• 9bed reserves the right to refuse any registration application at its sole discretion without obligation to provide a reason.
• Your account is personal and non-transferable. Selling, transferring, or assigning your account to another person is strictly prohibited.

Deposits & Withdrawals

All transactions on 9bed are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). 9bed accepts deposits and withdrawal requests via the following approved payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. No other payment methods are accepted at this time.

Deposits are credited to your 9bed account balance in real time or within a short processing window, depending on your chosen payment provider. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There is no maximum single deposit limit, though 9bed reserves the right to apply account-level limits where deemed appropriate by its risk and compliance team.

• Withdrawal requests are processed within 1–4 hours for mobile wallet payments (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) during standard processing hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6).
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used to make the qualifying deposit wherever technically possible. 9bed reserves the right to apply alternative withdrawal methods at its discretion.
• Withdrawals may be subject to KYC verification before processing. This is a standard anti-money-laundering procedure and is applied consistently to all player accounts.
• 9bed does not charge fees for standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, which are outside of 9bed's control.
• Funds deposited into your 9bed account may only be used for gaming purposes on the Platform. The Platform is not a financial institution and is not a substitute for a bank or electronic money service.

Bonus & Promotions

9bed offers bonuses, free bets, deposit match promotions, and other promotional incentives to both new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses and promotional offers are subject to the specific terms published alongside each individual offer, in addition to the general bonus conditions set out in this section.

Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, the following general conditions apply to all bonuses awarded on 9bed:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier will be clearly stated in the individual promotion terms. Wagering requirements must be met within the stated validity period.
• One Bonus Per Player: A player may hold only one active bonus at a time. Claiming a new bonus before completing the wagering requirements of an existing bonus may result in forfeiture of the earlier bonus.
• Eligible Games: Not all games on 9bed contribute equally to wagering requirements. The contribution percentage for each game category (slots, live casino, sports betting) will be specified in the individual bonus terms.
• Abuse Prevention: 9bed reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim any bonus where there is evidence of bonus abuse, collusion, hedging bets, or any other behaviour intended to exploit promotional offers in a manner inconsistent with genuine recreational play.
• Expiry: All bonuses expire after the stated validity period. Expired bonus funds and any winnings generated from expired bonus funds will be removed from your account without notice.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible players only. 9bed reserves the right to exclude players from specific promotions based on account history, verification status, or any other criterion at its sole discretion.

Betting & Gaming Rules

9bed offers a range of gaming products including live cricket betting, pre-match sports wagering, live casino tables, slot games, Wheel games, and Virtual Casino events. Each product category is governed by its own specific rules, which are published within the relevant section of the Platform and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

The following general rules apply across all gaming products on 9bed:

• Bet Acceptance: All bets are subject to acceptance by 9bed. 9bed reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including but not limited to bets placed using suspected unfair advantage, exploits, or inside information.
• Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per market and per game. These limits are displayed within each game or betting market and are subject to change without prior notice.
• Errors and Technical Faults: In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or data feed failure that affects the outcome or display of a game or betting market, 9bed reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to players. Winnings generated as a direct result of a malfunction are not valid and will not be paid.
• Sports Betting: Cricket betting odds on 9bed are updated in real time. Odds at the time a bet is confirmed are the odds that apply to that bet. Subsequent changes to odds do not affect confirmed bets. In the event of a match abandonment or postponement, the rules specific to that market will determine the settlement outcome.
• Live Casino: Live dealer game outcomes are determined by physical game equipment (cards, roulette wheels) operated by professional dealers. Results are final once the dealing round is complete. Any disputes must be raised within 24 hours of the game round in question.
• Slots & RNG Games: All slot and RNG-based game outcomes on 9bed are determined by independently certified Random Number Generators. The house edge for each game is disclosed by the respective game provider. Past outcomes have no influence on future results.
• Prohibited Practices: Use of bots, automated betting software, arbitrage systems, or any artificial intelligence tools to place or manage bets on 9bed is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account closure.

Responsible Gaming Obligations

9bed is firmly committed to promoting responsible gambling across its entire player base. Gambling is intended to be a form of entertainment. If gambling stops being fun and begins to cause financial, emotional, or social harm, it is important to seek help immediately.

9bed provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered players, free of charge and accessible at any time:

• Cool-Off Period: Request a temporary suspension of your account for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During a cool-off period, you will not be able to log in, deposit, or place bets.
• Self-Exclusion: Request permanent or long-term self-exclusion by contacting [email protected]. Self-exclusion takes effect within 24 hours of confirmation and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.
• Reality Checks: View summaries of your net gaming activity, session duration, and account balance at any time from within your account dashboard.

Players who knowingly provide false information about their age during registration, or who allow a person under 18 to use their account, will have their account permanently closed and all associated funds forfeited. 9bed cooperates fully with any regulatory or law enforcement investigation into underage gambling.

Account Suspension & Closure

9bed reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Failure to satisfy KYC or AML verification requirements within the specified timeframe.
• Suspected or confirmed involvement in fraud, collusion, money laundering, or any other criminal activity using the Platform.
• Use of prohibited software, automated betting systems, or any other tool designed to gain an unfair advantage over the Platform or other players.
• Chargebacks or payment disputes raised fraudulently with a payment provider.
• Account inactivity for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months, subject to applicable dormant account procedures.
• Player request — any player may close their account at any time by contacting [email protected].

In the event of account closure due to a breach of these Terms, 9bed reserves the right to forfeit all account balances, including real money balances, bonus funds, and pending winnings, to the extent permitted by applicable law. Where closure is due to non-fault reasons (such as a player-initiated closure), all verified real-money balances will be returned via the player's registered payment method.
